CT Play built the CT Play mobile application as a free service. This service is provided by CT Play and is intended for use as is.

3. Payment Information

The CT Play application does not process payments within the app.

All subscription or training plan payments are handled directly by the training center or organization outside of the application.

Therefore, the application does not collect, process, or store any credit card or payment information.


4. Data Storage

User data is securely stored using Google Firebase services, including:

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Firebase Firestore Database

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Analytics

These services are provided by Google and may process technical data necessary for the functioning of the application.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may use trusted third-party services to support functionality and improve the service, including:

  • Firebase Authentication

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

6. Health Data

The CT Play application is designed for sports training management, class scheduling, and student participation tracking.

The application may store information related to sports training participation, including attendance records, training schedules, and student participation in sports activities.

However, the application does not collect, store, process, or share regulated health or medical data, including but not limited to:

  • medical records

  • clinical diagnoses

  • heart rate data

  • biometric sensor data

  • sleep data

  • step counting or fitness tracker data

  • reproductive or sexual health information

  • health data from wearable devices or health platforms

All training-related information stored in the application is used strictly for organizational and sports training management purposes and is not used for medical or diagnostic purposes.

The CT Play application does not provide medical advice or health monitoring services.


7. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Data Retention

User personal data (such as name, email, phone number, and profile photo) is stored for as long as the user account remains active.

If an account is deleted or becomes inactive, personal data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for operational, security, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes, after which the data may be permanently deleted.

Technical diagnostic information collected through Firebase services (such as crash reports and analytics data) may be retained according to Google Firebase data retention policies.


9. Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time.

Users may request account deletion and removal of personal information by contacting us at:

Once a valid request is received, we will delete or anonymize the user's personal data within up to 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Data that may be deleted includes:

  • user name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • profile photo

  • user account identifier

  • student participation records associated with the account

Some anonymized technical logs or backup data may remain temporarily in secure systems or third-party services such as Firebase according to their retention cycles.


10. Children's Privacy

The CT Play app may be used by minors as part of sports training programs.

Personal information of minors may be provided by the user or by responsible guardians associated with the training organization.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a legitimate purpose related to the use of the service.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information improperly, they may contact us so that the information can be removed.
